Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, 1/2 stick margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 to 2/3 c. milk and 8 oz. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook cabbage until almost tender, drain.
Spray casserole dish with vegetable oil spray.
In a saucepan melt and mix margarine, flour and milk.
Mix thoroughly.
To this mixture add Velveeta cheese, cut into small pieces.
Stir until melted.
Place cabbage in dish, then pour liquid over cabbage.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until heated.
