Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. minute rice, 1 c. chopped bell pepper, 2 cans chopped ro-tel tomatoes and 1 head chopped cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a large casserole dish with Pam. Place chopped cabbage in dish. Brown ground beef. Add bell pepper and onion.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour over chopped cabbage.
Bake 1 hour.
Add cheese on top and bake until melted.
