Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained, 1 jar cheez whiz (jalapeño if desired), 1 head cabbage, boiled, drained and shredded, 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup and 3 to 4 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add rice, one spoon at a time.
Mix thoroughly after each spoonful until casserole is of desired consistency.
Cover with Italian bread crumbs (optional) and bake at 300° until done, about 1 hour.
