Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 small onion, 2 c. cooked rice and 1 envelope lipton dry onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Chop onion.
Cook together ground beef and onion until browned; drain.
Combine meat with the cooked rice and onion soup mix; set aside.
Place chopped cabbage in bottom of greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Spread meat/rice mixture over cabbage and top with soup and water.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cover and continue baking for 1 hour.
