Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 bell pepper, chopped, 1 can tomato soup and 1 medium head cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop cabbage and place in large baking dish.
Saute onion, bell pepper and ground chuck.
Drain off fat and place on top of cabbage.
Pour can of tomato soup on top.
Rinse can with small amount of water; pour on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° until cabbage is tender, but not mushy (approximately 30 minutes).
