Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. shredded cabbage, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, browned, 1 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spread 3 cups cabbage in bottom of 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Saute onions in small amount of fat.
Add ground beef and cook.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread meat and rice mixture over cabbage.
Top with other 3 cups of cabbage. Spread tomato soup over the top.
Sprinkle with celery seed; cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
