Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 - 5 c. chopped cabbage, 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes, 1 stick margarine, melted, salt to taste and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Soak cabbage in cold water for 30 minutes.
Drain.
Mix corn flakes with margarine for crust.
Add cabbage and salt to taste. Heat mayonnaise, milk and celery soup together.
Pour over cabbage.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes (uncovered).
If you like less crispy, cover and cook 20 minutes more.
