Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat.
Add onion, celery, salt, pepper, allspice and broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add chopped cabbage.
Stir, cover and cook about 15 minutes or until cabbage is wilted. Stir in 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Dot with a little margarine. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
