Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, chopped, 2 c. grated cheese, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. margarine or butter and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook cabbage until tender in salt water.
Drain and set aside. Mix in a skillet and heat the cheese, soup, 1/2 cup margarine or butter, milk and mayonnaise.
Put this with cabbage; stir, then put in a casserole dish.
Crush crackers; melt 1/2 stick margarine and mix together, then put on top of casserole.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Bake in 375Β° oven until hot and bubbly.
