Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 lb.) head cabbage, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 lb. bacon, diced and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut up raw cabbage and fill a 3-quart baking dish about 3/4 full.
Saute bacon, onions and pepper.
Add tomato sauce, corn, chili powder and catsup.
Simmer a few minutes.
Pour over cabbage and bake in 350Β° oven for about 30 minutes.
Stir and bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
