Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head cabbage, chopped coarsely, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. or less mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cabbage and onion and place in medium casserole dish (greased with butter).
Mix soup, egg, mayonnaise and melted butter.
Pour over cabbage.
Mix crushed crackers, butter and grated cheese.
Pour over cabbage.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
