Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small head cabbage, 4 tbsp. margarine, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut cabbage into small pieces; cover with water and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain.
Make a white sauce from the butter, flour, salt and pepper and milk.
Stir constantly until thickened.
In 10 x 10 x 2-inch casserole dish, layer the cabbage, sauce and cheese. Repeat twice.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
