Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. shredded cabbage, 1 large onion, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper to taste and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown onion and ground beef.
Drain.
Put half cabbage in 2-quart casserole, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Layer half meat mixture, remaining cabbage and then remaining meat.
Mix water and soup and pour over top.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Cover the last 30 minutes to steam cabbage.
