Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, shredded, 1 medium onion, chopped, 3 or 4 stalks celery, cut fine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 small box velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cabbage for a few minutes.
Saute onion and celery in a small amount of oil or margarine.
Add soup and cheese, then mix all ingredients together, including bread crumbs.
A few crumbs may be used to top the casserole.
