Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, cut in wedges, 1 small chopped onion, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and sausage (approximately 1/2 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cabbage with enough water to cover cabbage and onion until tender.
Drain and add soups.
Gently fold together. Crumble sausage in pan and fry out grease.
Drain thoroughly and chop or break up larger chunks real fine.
Put on top of cabbage and serve.
May need to reheat before serving.
