Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 heads cabbage, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, 1 c. onion and 1 c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut up cabbage and boil until tender. Fry ground pork until brown; add seasonings, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cabbage.
Cook for about 45 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs to mixture. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° until bread crumbs are brown.
