Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small cabbage, shredded, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook cabbage and onion until tender and drain water.
Place cooked cabbage in casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
Pour over cabbage.
In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, butter and cheese.
Spread over cabbage and soup mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Do not overbake or cheese gets too brown.
