Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, 3/4 stick margarine, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 onion, chopped and 1 bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut cabbage into wedges; place in saltwater and cook until done.
Cabbage should be firm, but tender.
In saucepan, combine margarine, flour, onion, bell pepper and milk; cook until thick.
Remove from heat; add soup, pimento and cheese.
Combine cabbage with liquid mixture and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 375Β° until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
