Cabbage Casserole
Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 1/2 cans tomato soup, 1 can water, 1 lb. ground chuck and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Onions peppers until brown in skillet.
Add meat and brown (drain grease).
Add salt and black pepper to taste. In long baking dish, chop cabbage.
When meat mixture is brown, add rice.
Stir well.
Pour meat mixture evenly over cabbage. Cover hour at 350Β°.
Top with cheese and let melt before serving.
