Cabbage Bundles
Cabbage Bundles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large cabbage leaves, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. bread crumbs, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Parboil cabbage leaves 5 minutes, drain and cool.
Set aside. Combine beef, bread crumbs, seasonings, eggs and onions; mix well. Form into 12 oblong patties.
Place meat patty on each cabbage leaf.
Roll up in cabbage leaf.
Place bundle open side down in baking dish.
Mix tomato soup with 1/2 can water.
Pour over bundles.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
