Buttery Pound Cake
Buttery Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 lb. butter, 3 c. sifted flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; butter and eggs should be room temperature.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Beat on high speed for 20 minutes; scrape sides with a rubber spatula.
Grease well bottom only of tube pan (angel cake pan).
Line bottom with wax paper; put into cold oven.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Use cake tester; ovens vary.
If tester comes out clean, it's done.
