Buttery Microwave Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 c. onion, cut into 1/4-inch rings and 4 c. (4 medium) baking potatoes, washed and cut in 1/8-inch slices (unpeeled), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, melt butter on High for 50 to 60 seconds.
Stir in seasoned salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients until coated with butter.
Cover.
Cook until potatoes are fork-tender, 13 to 15 minutes.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Yields eight 1/2-cup servings.
