Butterscotch Torte
Butterscotch Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. chopped nuts and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks well, slowly adding sugar, then baking powder and vanilla.
Mix well. Beat whites until stiff peaks, fold into yolk mix.
Fold in crumbs and nuts.
Pour into two 9 or 8-inch pans, greased and lined with wax paper.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and frost when cool.
