Butterscotch Sticks
Butterscotch Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. plain flour, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt butter and let cool.
Add brown sugar, stirring well, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add flour, salt and baking powder sifted together.
Add vanilla and nuts. Put in well greased pan.
Cook for 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Cut while warm into squares.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes approximately 50 squares.
