Butterscotch Spectacular
Butterscotch Spectacular is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 stick margarine, softened, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix flour, margarine and pecans for pie crust.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool. Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together and fold in half of Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust.
Beat together pudding mix and or 3 minutes.
Stir in vanilla. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Spread remaining Cool Whip over butterscotch layer.
Refrigerate or 3 hours or overnight.
