Butterscotch Snack Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) cook & serve butterscotch pudding, 2 c. milk, 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts and 1 pkg. (11 oz.) butterscotch baking chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat; stir in dry cake mix.
