Butterscotch Rocky Road
Butterscotch Rocky Road is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 c. butterscotch chips, 1 c. peanut butter, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows and 1 c. salted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in large glass mixing bowl.
Microwave for about 5 minutes on Medium, just until melted.
Stir and fold in marshmallows and peanuts.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan; line with wax paper.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares.
