Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 3 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt into a saucepan.
Slowly add milk and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
Cook and stir for two minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of your cooked mixture to the egg yolks and mix.
Then add your egg yolk mixture to your cooked mixture and cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter.
Pour into prepared crust and chill until firm.
