Butterscotch Pecan Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 4 pkg. butterscotch chips, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk and 4 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt chips in milk in the top of a double boiler.
When chips are dissolved, add pecans and stir real good.
Roll into a roll in either foil or wax paper.
Cool and then cut into slices.
