Butterscotch Dessert
Butterscotch Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans), 1 stick butter, melted, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and nuts.
Put into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until brown.
Let cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until smooth.
Pour over crust.
Mix pudding with milk.
Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Put remaining Cool Whip on top of this and sprinkle with a few nuts.
