Butterscotch Crisp Balls
Butterscotch Crisp Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or oleo, 5 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. sugar-coated frosted flakes, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips and 1 c. angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Add marshmallows. Stir until butter is melted.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar-coated flakes.
Add butterscotch chips and coconut.
Mix well.
Roll into balls about 1 1/2-inches around with greased hands.
Allow to stand at room temperature until set, about 1 hour.
Makes about 3 dozen.
