Heat oven to 350Β°. Lightly grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar in large bowl until creamy.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add to butter mixture, blending well.
Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts.
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set.
