Butterscotch Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. graham crackers, 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick), melted, 1/4 c. white sugar, 2 c. flaked coconut on top of crust and 1 c. eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan graham cracker ingredients.
Add 2 cups coconut.
Sprinkle over crust.
Add Eagle Brand milk and spread over coconut.
Bake 15 minutes, then broil until top is light brown.
