Butternut Pound Cake
Butternut Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco, 2 sticks oleo, 5 large eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cream together the sugar, Crisco and oleo.
Beat the eggs, one at a time, and add to mixture.
Combine the flour and salt.
Add the salt-flour mixture alternately with the milk.

Do not open door while baking.
Remove from pan immediately.
