Butternut Chews
Butternut Chews is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter flavor crisco, melted, 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with butter flavor Crisco.
Beat eggs until light and foamy in large bowl. Beat in sugar, vanilla and Crisco until creamy.
Combine flour with baking powder and salt.
Add to egg mixture.
Mix at low speed until blended.
Stir in nuts at low speed (mixture will be stiff).
