Buttermint Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. lime jello, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice, 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 8 oz. carton cool whip and 1 pkg. buttermints (about 1 c.), coarsely crushed or chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together the dry jello, pineapple with juice and marshmallows.
Refrigerate overnight.
Two to three hours before serving, fold in buttermints and Cool Whip.
