Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach jello, 2 tbsp. sugar, 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, 2 c. buttermilk and 1 carton whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat on low heat the jello, sugar and crushed pineapple until jello is dissolved.
Allow to cool.
Add buttermilk and whipped topping.
Mix with beater.
Stir in pecans.
Spoon into 9 x 9-inch square pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
