Buttermilk Rolls
Buttermilk Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. lukewarm buttermilk, 1 pkg. dry yeast, 3 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients except flour in large bowl.
Stir until yeast is well dissolved.
Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Stir well and knead.
Make into rolls.
Place in greased pan. Brush tops with butter.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 10 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
