Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. buttermilk, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all above ingredients in blender a few seconds and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Very important to reduce heat.
Serves 6.
