Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 c. buttermilk, 2 egg yolks, beaten and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar and flour.
Add buttermilk gradually, stirring constantly to keep from lumping.
Add yolks and flavoring.
Add margarine.
Cook and stir over medium heat, about 10 minutes or until it comes to a boil.
(It won't be thick.) When cool, pour into pie shell and bake at 350Β° until browned.
