Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3/4 c. buttermilk, 3 eggs and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, flour and half of milk.
Add beaten eggs and mix. Add rest of milk.
Fold in melted butter.
Add vanilla and stir. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350° and bake until done, until knife inserted in middle comes clean.
