Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook crust in the oven.
Put all the ingredients in a pan; mix them up and cook them on top of stove until thick.
Pour them into the already cooked pie crust.
Beat egg whites until stiff; brown in oven.
This is the best pie; we really love it.
