Melt margarine or butter; set aside to cool.
Mix eggs and sugar; add margarine or butter.
Add flour, buttermilk and vanilla.
Beat on medium with mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into 2 slightly thawed pie shells.
Bake for 50 minutes at 325Β°.
Serve warm or cold.
