Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour and nutmeg, beating at low speed until blended.
Add buttermilk, beating well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325Β° for 55 minutes or until pie is set.
Cool on a wire rack.
