Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. buttermilk and 3 tbsp. flour (self-rising), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter and sugar; add flour and then add beaten eggs. Add buttermilk and vanilla flavoring.
Mix well and pour into 2 frozen pie shells.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 or 50 minutes.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top before baking.
