Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oleo, melted, 2/3 c. buttermilk and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Beat eggs until smooth.
Add buttermilk and mix well to blend.
Pour in flour, butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into deep dish pie shell and bake one hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let cool if oily.
