Buttermilk Delight
Buttermilk Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small or 1 large box strawberry jello, 1 large can pineapple (crushed; undrained), 2 c. buttermilk and 1 (13 oz.) carton nondairy topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix jello with pineapple and bring to a boil.
Let cool to room temperature.
Stir in buttermilk and whipped topping until well blended.
Pour in molds or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Refrigerate.
(I grease my dish with mayonnaise.)
