Buttermilk Chicken
Buttermilk Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. boneless chicken, 1 c. buttermilk, 1/2 c. sour cream, 3/4 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk, then roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place chicken in pan and bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes.
Blend 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream and soup.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 15 minutes more.
