Mix crumbs, cheese, paprika and pepper.
Put milk in a bowl. Dip meat in milk, then in crumbs.
Place in foil lined pan.
Cover with foil; bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven; remove foil.
Pour on butter; bake for 15 minutes more at 425°, uncovered.
