Buttermilk Biscuits
Buttermilk Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. buttermilk and 5 tbsp. crisco, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Add buttermilk and blend well.
Add melted Crisco and blend well.
On lightly floured surface, knead/fold.
Cut (use 2 1/2-inch cutter or jelly glass). Place in greased pan; turn biscuits over so grease is on top also. Bake at 400Β° in lightly greased pan until brown.
